One of several player statistics, experience is a factor that helps to determine relative strength of the player. Experience is gained from killing the various animals or monsters that reside within the dungeon. Each monster gives experience relative to the amount of danger the player experiences and difficulty of slaying the creature.



Alpha Edit

In early alpha, experience was given out relative to difficulty and player's current level. The levels themselves are not numbered, so maximum experience is the only way for a player to understand their relative strength when weighing options for conquering a room or floor. The following table attempts to identify experience ranges with levels.

Alpha Executor Edit

As of Alpha Executor version, monsters now drop XP orbs on death. The amount of (potential) XP per monster has gone up significantly, however it appears that the former table that defined character levels is still relevant.
